PLLC is a mechanical electrical plumbing (MEP) design engineering
service firm. DF&H offers mechanical,
electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering design services for both traditional bid projects and
design/build projects. In addition to traditional systems design, we also offer engineering expertise in energy
management and operations, building energy efficiency studies, indoor air quality issues, building envelope
analysis, facility surveys for building code compliance, renovation feasibility and telecommunications.
Additionally we offer design of desiccant, and cold storage cooling systems, steam reuse systems, emergency power and transfer systems, and
lighting control systems. We have a broad, in-depth project management backgrounds consisting of a full
range of client support, including conceptual design input, project closeout, fee negotiations and proposal.
Construction administration, owner representation/consultation and the monitoring of
budgets.
